Hartman Shurr is a professional corporation engaged in the general practice of law since 1998. Except for family law and general criminal work, Hartman Shurr provides services in nearly every field of law actively practiced in our community. We maintain our office in Morgantown by appointment or each Thursday from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M. to assist individuals and businesses ranging in size from the small local enterprise to large corporations trading in world markets.
